Fresno Multiple Listing Service data for April indicates that inventory remains low and home prices are down just slightly month over month and year over year. It appears buyers are adjusting to the reality of higher mortgage rates. Homes are selling fast and with multiple offers - when priced correctly.

It is important to remember that actual results vary by location, price point, condition, and the marketing of homes (including choice of Realtor and seller pricing decisions).
